These terms apply to The Adaptive Curve personalised digital workbook. They are designed to explain what you receive, how access works and what to do if there is a problem.

The product
The Adaptive Curve workbook is a personalised digital reflection resource based on the assessment result connected with the purchase. It includes detailed interpretations, tailored priorities, a seven-day reset, conversation prompts and a Care Forward card.
The report is designed for personal use and reflection. It is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment or career assessment and does not promise a particular outcome.

Price and payment
The founding price is A$9.99 for one report, displayed in Australian dollars. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Any applicable taxes and the total charge will be displayed before payment is confirmed.
Payment is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. The Adaptive Curve does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Access and personal use
Access is provided digitally after successful payment and is intended for the purchaser. Keep any personal workbook link private because it may contain information derived from your assessment. You may type into, save or print a copy for your own use.
You may share individual prompts or ideas in a personal conversation, but you may not copy, resell, publish or distribute the report as a competing product or commercial resource.

Problems, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the report cannot be accessed, is materially different from its description or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact us so the problem can be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided.
A change-of-mind refund is not ordinarily offered after the personalised digital report has been supplied. This does not affect any right to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy that applies under Australian law.

Community purpose
Revenue from the Deep Dive helps maintain the free assessment, responsibly analyse de-identified and aggregated patterns, and develop resources for working parents and carers. The purchase is for a digital product and is not a charitable or tax-deductible donation.
Purchase does not give an employer access to your individual assessment answers, scores or report.

Privacy
Personal information used to create and deliver the report is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. The payment provider also handles information under its own privacy terms. Only information reasonably needed for payment, access, support and lawful administration will be used.
